First Picture:  

The WOD was intense for a group work out.  I finally got a friend to come with me to work out.  It was great!  I think he hates me now :D I’m totally okay with it.  We actually stayed after to do it twice.  I didn’t do it twice, I stayed and watched my friends do it again.  

Second Picture:  I have had a couple fears when it comes to CrossFit. The number one has been Handstand Push ups.  I have done them and failed so many times.  I just get scared that I’ll fall and hurt myself.  Well after the workout, I felt pretty good and I was willing to try again.  I did it over and over again…I FINALLY GOT IT!  Mallory was so proud of me!  She told me that I earned that handstand.  I literally SCREAMED when I did it.  I was so overjoyed.  I just feel amazing about myself.  

Now I just need to do a pull up.  That would be fear # 2 out too :)

Just gotta get there…One day at a time!
